Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads cannot be refunded once they have been accessed or downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
